Everyone is friendly and helpful. My Missie is excited and happy to be there.

Convenient hours, friendly staff and the dogs are their top priority…

How easy they make it on you, the client as far as dropping off and picking up is concerned.

It’s a safe, controlled environment for our dog to socialize as opposed to a dog park where it can be unpredictable.

Many of the staff seem very caring and really seem to love spending time with the dogs.

It’s clean and the water dishes are constantly being refilled.

They are flexible to your dogs anxiety (they always try and place him in a room he’ll fit into best to set him up for success and an enjoyable experience(

Great interactions, amazing communication, and very detailed explanations on services and how Olive was!

Such friendly and amazing staff. Completely trust leaving my puppy with you:)

Everyone is super friendly and is so nice to Bean. I love that she has dog best friends that I get to see on webcam and hear about from the staff. I get dragged to dogtopia by Bean every time she goes because she just loves it there so much.

Not all staff clean urine up promptly. Some also do not rinse the mop at all for several hours, including after mopping up feces. Notice that you have a two bucket cleaning method, but many staff don’t seem to follow it. A couple of staff women seem angry when dealing with dogs, including aggressively dragging them to crates or yanking them on a leash. Others seem genuinely happy to interact with them even when they need to create a dog or redirect. Hope you can find more who want to be there doing the job.

My favorite element is the ability to watch on line real time. At other border operations you cant be sure if the dogs arent simply caged most of the day. By checking in occasionally, its nice to see staff reacting with the dogs constantly. It gives me as an owner as sense of comfort.

The other aspect I love is that my dog comes back exhausted after being able to play all day.

I also think that the occasional day at daycare makes her a much more social dog in our day to day life. She doesnt shy away, or get aggressive with other dogs we meet in public. I would like to take credit for that, and say that it is my diligent training regime that gave her that skill, but that would be a lie and my wife and daughters would rat me out.

Awesome people! So friendly and accommodating.

I like that you separate dogs based on size and play style AND that you evaluate each dog before allowing them into daycare. I also like that there are cameras in each playroom.
