The staff have all been kind and welcoming. I’ve really appreciated the time they took to clearly explain the different programs and options available. On the first day we were nervous for how Max was handling the day and the reassuring phone call at noon helped ease some worry. Maxie came home tired and was excited to go back the second day.
I love that the dogs are running around playing rather than being cooped up in cages, also they tare constantly under supervision. The site is on line so you can check in.
Love that I can check in via the webcam. The location is super convenient and my pup loves it.

Great customer service and facility. Feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Our Havanese Oliver has a great time! Loved watching him on the dog cams and I appreciated the staff calling and checking in the next day about how he did on his first day.
