Sadie is so excited when she goes to Dogtopia. She has a great day chasing balls and playing with her bff’s.
The coaches are very caring and she loves following them around.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Felt safe leaving my furbaby in their care. I liked that I could check the live feed and see how he was doing. He’s getting the socialization he needs in a safe environment.

Caring and friendly staff! Easy to book a daycare appointment, even last minute, which is great!!! My dog truely enjoys the playtime at Dogtopia.

I love having the ability to check in on my dog via the webcam. I knew she was safe and cared for. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

It would be better to have more then 1 staff member in a room when there are a lot of dogs. Watching on camera, you can tell it can get overwhelming for one person to keep a handle on things.

Dogtopia Kitchener has been amazing with Robyn. She’s always so excited to go to daycare. They do the most fun events, and Robyn loves the cookies!

Friendly staff and my dog comes home for a good night’s sleep

My dog Leo, had a great time at Dogtopia! He came home tired and happy! We would be inclined to come again if there was a half day rate, or something similar. 3-4 hours would be great for us. After adding a tip, our bill was over $60. A bit too much for pensioners.

Staff are very communicative and they truly care about the well-being of the dogs in their care.
I also really appreciated the photos, report cards, etc.
Our puppy is excited to go to her daycare and comes home happy.
The webcams are also a highly valued feature of Dogtopia. I would be lying if I didn’t express that not only our family, but also my co-workers, enjoy the show
