I love dogtopia Kitchener! I am so happy to have a place to send my dog to that genuinely cares about him and is so excited to see him!
They staff is very friendly and supportive!

The staff is amazing with the dogs. My dog loves it there. I can’t say Dogtopia at home without my dog going crazy! I feel so confident leaving my dog at Dogtopia and he comes home a tired and happy boy.

My favourite thing about Dogtopia Kitchener is how much my dog, Olive, likes to come to daycare! As a hybrid worker, my dog spends a lot of time at home with me. Dogtopia daycare has helped me to ensure Olive is getting enough physical activity, and playtime with other dogs. Mom, is not a dog and does not like to wrestle like she is one. At daycare Olive gets all her puppy playtime needs met.

Olive does not do well when home alone for more than two hours. My job can be unpredictable, with me being required onsite for long hours with little notice. Dogtopia has always been able to have Olive at daycare with short notice, which substantially reduces my stress when being called to work onsite.

In February of this year I boarded Olive at Dogtopia for five days while I went on vacation. I am very attached to my fur baby and was nervous to leave her in another’s care, recognizing that Olive can’t tell me if something isn’t right. Dogtopia sent me every-other-day video updates and pictures of Olive. When checking the cameras, like a helicopter dog mom, Olive was always happy and playing. She ate all of her food and slept well while I was gone, which is a good indicator that she wasn’t stressed, she was having a blast. I got called to work onsite the day after I returned from vacation and I was nervous Olive would resist going back to daycare, after boarding for five days. BUT she ran from the parking lot, up the stairs, and straight into Dogtopia with excitement. Olive is comfortable, safe and having a lot of fun when she is at Dogtopia.

As a full time working dog mom, while I am often working in stressful situations, I never worry about the day my pup is having. She is always loved and well cared for at Dogtopia Kitchener.

Levi has been going to Dogtopia Kitchener since he was 4 months old! He will be 2 in June. Dogtopia Kitchener has been amazing for his socialization. He loves going and is excited to see his friends and all the amazing staff! As pet parents we love watching him on the webcam and knowing that he is safe, loved and having his best day ever!!!

Staff are very helpful and kind my dog absolutely loves it there !!

Auggie loves his time at Dogtopia and comes homes happy and tired after a day of playing ball with his friends.

It creates a fun environment for pups to socialize.

Some days are just so busy that finding enough time to give Shadow the attention he needs and deserves is difficult. That’s when Dogtopia comes to the rescue. Shadow is always so excited to go and we appreciate being able to check in on him with the webcam. By the time we pick him up he is ready to come home eat and sleep for the rest of the evening. His playtime at Dogtopia makes him very sociable with other dogs and we never see any signs of agression or anxiety when exercising him.

The staff is amazing. And we love being able to watch our dog on the cameras all day to see how he’s doing when we want to! Great place, all the dogs seem to always have a lot of fun, and when our dog gets home afterwards he’s SO WELL BEHAVED!
