Live the ease of booking appointments and the web cams that allow me to heck in on our dog whenever we want. Also very much appreciate the live and attention given to our dog by the staff especially if they notice and health concerns.

We were nervous about leaving or dog after an awful experience last year at another local kennel but decided to try day care first. Dogtopia Kitchener has been amazing from day 1. The staff answered my thousands of questions without ever getting annoyed and they welcome Riggins with open arms when he arrives. He even gets some pre daycare snuggles by some of the coaches at the front desk. We’ve sent him on weekdays, Saturdays and even a few over nights and he can’t get enough. He never wants to leave. Thanks dogtopia Kitchener for taking such good care of him! You have the best staff and facility in town!!!

The booking system is easy – and it’s extremely rare I can’t get my dog in if I book last minute.

You care about the dogs. It’s obvious the staff care.

Everyone was professional and kind. They are clearly passionate about dogs and were very informative.

I would recommend Dogtopia of Kitchener. The costs are a bit high many families and it would be nice to find a way to support those on lower-incomes.

I like that they get to play all day long and not put in kennels, unless of course they need a time out.

I like that my dog is tired out when he comes home.
