Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Dogs have fun in mostly supervised environment.
Didn’t like that they crate dogs later in the day. We weren’t informed of this, it is not posted anywhere on the website, and we asked about it only after crating of our dog happened without our knowledge at another Dogtopia. For the most part this isn’t an issue as it is rare that we have to leave him at the facilities later in the day.
Our dog has severe human separation anxiety and the reason we use Dogtopia is because we thought he was supervised by a human at all times. Not sure about the Kitchener location but at the other location the crating happens in a room without cameras so that neither the owners or the staff know if the dog is under stress. We thought that later in the day, the dogs would just be amalgamated into fewer rooms.

Friendly staff, the effective way you helped our dog transition into your facility, the way you divide the dogs into subgroups based on size, the close supervision you provide, the way we can monitor how our dog is doing online…

Love dogtopia, and more importantly, my dog loves it!

Friendly staff, clean facility, well organized for drop-off and pick up. Dogs are treated well.

I love everything about the Kitchener location. They really look after my dog and all her needs. ROGUE is always happy to go in and is wonderfully tired when she comes home!!

They remembered my dog even though she hadn’t been in two years! They give me great confidence that she is well cared for and loved.

You are flexible regarding drop off and pick up. And good business hours.

The staff are so caring and attentive to Sadie, and I’m always happy to know that Sadie is well taken care of during the day. I appreciate the flexibility of booking daycare, as my schedule is always changing. Thanks for taking such great care of Sadie!!
