I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Kitchener. Staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Whether I’m dropping Beckham off for daycare or boarding, my mind is at ease knowing he is well taken care of.

I like that you are open on Saturdays.

Friendly and attentive staff, trainers who supervise the dogs throughout the day, updates and ability to check in through the app.

I love how friendly everyone is and how accommodating you are. I am a crazy dog mom and knowing she is always safe and happy is so important to us. Our dog use to be so scared of other dogs and leaving us. Now he cries in the car the closer he gets because of how happy he isn

Camera access, the staff are wonderful and super friendly and my girl loves them all so much. It provides an awesome opportunity to give our girl time to socialize and get some exercise and keep her young in her golden years ❤️

It has been a really positive experience so far! Staff are attentive and kind and Lucy ran right in on her first day! We really appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to see how she was doing after her first day (VERY tired!). We felt comfortable leaving Lucy. Having the cameras to check in on her during the day was also a comfort! We are looking forward to her continuing day care at Dogtopia!

The staff are always so happy to great Sherman and it’s fun to watch him on the streaming video!

The Webcams so I can see my dog and there is transparency with his care! Also the one on one attention

I love all the staff members and how much they care about Bookie and her well being. The app is amazing and so easy to use. The facility is clean and easy to get to! Hands down the best daycare around!
