Super friendly staff, very accommodating.

Staff are very loving towards animals and friendly and respectful towards their customers. I was told my dog had a lot of fun and played actively throughout the day, so this was good to hear.

My one concern is that on a Saturday, I expected my dog would be cared for until 3:00 pm, but was instead put in a kennel prior to that time to accommodate the clean up time. When I picked him up, he was panting very heavily, given that he is not at all used to a kennel. It took some time for him to settle down and relax. I understand, but only wish I had been told about what time the play room would be closed and I would have arranged for earlier pick up. Overall it was still a good experience and I will be back.

The Dogtopia staff were INCREDIBLY friendly to both my husband and I and our puppy, Tubby. Not only were Mariana and Kennedy exceptionally warm, but they were informative, took their time with explaining things to us, and answered every question we had. This was our first time bringing our little guy to doggy daycare and having the webcam access reassured me that Tubby was having a good time and making friends while I was busy at work. Kennedy called me at lunch time to update me about how Tubby’s day was going and offered warm reassurance. Pickup was quick and easy AND Tubby was given a report card and a photo was taken of him for his first day. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service provided from the Kitchener location and I have NO reservations or qualms about leaving Tubby in their capable hands.

Staff at Dogtopia Kitchener are amazing! Whenever Momo gets dropped off, she doesn’t even turn back to say bye. I feel at ease knowing that I can leave her with people that know her as well as I do. Staff are incredibly attentive, knowing her personality and quirks. Dogtopia of Kitchener has so many fun activities that keep Momo engaged and happy. Would 10/10 recommend anyone seeking daycare for their dogs with loving, attentive, professional, and friendly staff!

Attention to detail regarding the our dogs, how they take care of them , nice staff and very supportive

I have been taking my pup Kenzo to Dogtopia for a few months now. Dogtopia has been amazing to him. The services provided give him a full day of fun, play, walks, and sometimes even crafts! Kenzo is so excited to run in there and greet everyone every single time!

I like the transparency of having web cams available to check on my dog at any time. When doing so I have seen the competent way the dogs are handled and kept safe within the pack. The staff are very professional and always have something nice to say, even when my doggo forgets to use his best manners.
