How friendly the workers are! How much they love my dog. The cute report card after the first day. The ability to watch my dog through the webcams. The fun and creative events every month.

Wish the parking at the Kitchener location was a little better (wish they had their own parking lot) theres hardly any available parking when I get there.

My puppy enjoys socializing with other dogs and the supervised playtime. The staff are wonderful!!

I do like that I can come before and after work and don’t need to sacrifice my working hours to get my dog the play time he needs that he gets with daycare ! I love that I have the option to check in via the webcams. Only wish you guys had a spot in Cambridge as I have to drive into Kitchener for this.

When we first came in with Kia, introductions made however my son-in-law did not get acknowledged. He has CP and in an electric wheelchair. He is very articulate.
The other thing was that the one girl was talking to us in the front office, went over things and then took Tia from us. We were surprised at this, guess not understanding this is protocol , we were not told they were taking her from our information details. .

The staff is fantastic. The daycare is clean and our dog loves running around with his friends. We’ve recommended Dogtopia to tons of friends!

Fester loves Dogtopia and all the friends he gets to play with. The staff are amazing and show that they care about my doggo as much as I do 😀

The staff at Dogtopia Kitchener are truly wonderful! Dan is always thrilled to go to daycare and it’s so heartwarming that the staff always seem excited to see him too! Everyone seems to care about the dogs are if they’re their own, and that makes it easy to leave Dan in their care, whether it’s for a day or a week.

I love being able to check on my dog throughout the day and that I know that she is safe and that all the other dogs have also been evaluated just like her.

My dog Filbert loves going to Dogtopia! They have a great onboarding process to ensure our he was comfortable and happy. They’ve always been well accommodating to us whenever we’ve had to pause our program. Going to Dogtopia is Filbert’s favourite day of the week!

All the staff members working here are very caring and loving. They pay attention to all the dogs in their care. I love the fact that I can watch Junior playing with other dogs and staff members all day though their live webcam. Junior is a very shy dog and takes his time to trust anyone but looking at his excitement for going to Dogtopia truly shows the effort they put in for all dogs. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming for all the pet parents as well. Junior loves Dogtopia!
