I feel like I can always trust Dogtopia to take care of my dog Roxy. They seem to genuinely care about every dog that walks through their doors. They were specifically awesome after Roxy’s most recent stay: I flew back to CO on the night of the Marshall fires and Dogtopia made sure I was able to pick Roxy up before they had to evacuate, and despite the extreme stress of the night, they were nothing but kind and considerate with Roxy and I.

Consistent friendly staff.

We board our pekapoo, Arlo, there about 2-3/year and he does great there. Never had any problems and I like that we can check on him via the video stream. Just wish you guys still had grooming services (which is why is scored an 8)!

At the time of this review, we are new to your location but have found your staff to be helpful and your offerings highly valuable. You walked us through the assessment process with clarity and preciseness, for which I appreciate. Mac really enjoyed his first ‘play date’ and we are looking forward to many more to come.

Dogtopia in Lafayette was fantastic! For starters, they put my old girl (14 y/o Shepard/lab) with the smaller dogs to try and keep her a bit slower, as she has a tendency to over exert herself. She was still good and tired after her night and two days, but I think she was much better off than she would have been otherwise! She had an accident on her bed over night and they cleaned washed the bed and my dog free of charge! The stay was very reasonably priced and they even gave us a free frozen pumpkin seasonal treat on our way out. Excellent service, thoughtful staff, we will definitely be back.
