My dog seems to be comfortable and happy there. He spent the night and appeared to be happy upon picking him up. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

Normally the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The last few times I’ve brought in my pups the front desk staff were staring at their computer screens and did not acknowledge us after I walked in and said good morning. I had to walk all the way around the desk and even with the dogs jumping on the desk it took a while for the staff to acknowledge our presence. Not sure if they were hyper focused on something, but it was unusual. Would be nice if the staff would be friendly and welcoming again.

The prices are very competitive. The people who work there truly care about their clients and their pets. They take care of my 16 year old little guy and I feel they truly love him. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking doggy daycare or boarding. I’ve done both and have no complaints.

We have been with the LO location since opening. Recently, the last 2 weeks, whenever we have picked up our dog, he smells SO bad! This hasn’t been an issue before. Both times he has smelled like a kennel that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Even when we picked him up, the front desk area smelled bad. One, it makes me EXTREMELY concerned over the cleanliness of the location now (as dogs can easily get sick from such an environment) and 2, we literally had to give our dog a full bath as soon as we got home. Our dog is a husky so bathes are NOT an easy task. So long story short it makes us not want to come back. What is going on? We really love coming here and so does our dog. I would definitely like a call or some communication about this matter. I will definitely be following up with the location as well.
