Sometimes the staffing seems short.
My dog seems to be comfortable and happy there. He spent the night and appeared to be happy upon picking him up. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

Normally the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The last few times I’ve brought in my pups the front desk staff were staring at their computer screens and did not acknowledge us after I walked in and said good morning. I had to walk all the way around the desk and even with the dogs jumping on the desk it took a while for the staff to acknowledge our presence. Not sure if they were hyper focused on something, but it was unusual. Would be nice if the staff would be friendly and welcoming again.

The prices are very competitive. The people who work there truly care about their clients and their pets. They take care of my 16 year old little guy and I feel they truly love him. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking doggy daycare or boarding. I’ve done both and have no complaints.
