Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took great care of my timid 8 month old dog and she ended up having a great meet and greet. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the cameras. I had trouble with the app and the employees responded promptly and helped with options. I am very impressed with this facility and can’t wait for it to become a favorite place for my dog
