On my dog’s 1st day there, when it was time to leave, the attendant had a hard time getting my dog on a leash and started dragging him by the halter he was wearing. He was too rough & scared my dog who cowered by the Exit door.
I was watching at the check-in desk & was horrified. I complained to Kia. The attendant was a blonde man. Kia refused to give me his name, saying that “it was policy not to give names.” In any event, she saw him on the screen and knows who he is.
