Everyone is friendly and takes great care of my 2 dogs when they are there. Whether they stay a few hours, 8 hours, or overnight, I feel comfortable knowing they are safe.
I also enjoy occasionally checking in on them through the webcams.

There was an ad for a free meet and greet that the staff knew nothing about and then I got charged for the first visit. People interviewed me on the phone the night before and then I had to answer the same questions when I dropped the dog off. Not only did they charge me the $19 they double charged me, I had already talked to the girl at drop off about what I wanted to purchase. I think the dog actually did have a good day, but everything else was unorganized and chaotic and I still have to call to straighten out the charges.
All of the services are awesome and staff members are fantastic!!
