Everything! Great service & staff. They are friendly and very nice & most important they take good care of our Ty. I know because he Loves going to play at Dogtopia & leaves with a smile!

I felt that my dog would be loved and cared for.

Need to improve consistency with processes. For example, I drop off my dog and request he gets a bath before pickup at a certain time. Some times you call me to tell me my dog is ready and sometimes no call comes in and I just assume my dog will be ready at the time I said when dropped off in the morning.

You need to pick one process, and the best would be to call to tell me when my dog is ready for pickup. Several times you needed more time to finish his bath, which is fine but it would be good as a practice to notify me when my dog is ready if he’s getting a bath at the end of the day. Everything else is good so far.

Alexis is fantastic… Everything was explained and well presented on a professional level as well as a heartfelt level and when I went to pick my dog up after the meet and greet the kids, there were great also

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Cameras.

Very friendly staff, they really care about the dogs, and any concerns the dog parents may have and help come to a solution. The place is incredibly clean and they make sure all dogs are up to date with shots. You can watch your dog all day on a web cam. You can see how they interact with all the dogs and I love how the dogs get “time outs” and a 2 hour nap!

The workers are awesome with my dog.

Staff very friendly. Facility is clean. Staff seems to care about making your dog have a pleasant stay.
