Never had my dog so excited after a grooming appointment, always seemed to be so stressed out after one with his previous groomer but after this one he was happy and excited and seemed to want to go back! They worked with him amazingly and I will be coming back to get him groomed again here.

I love that you can groom your dog the same time as getting time to play. Most of the staff is wonder and really show they love the dogs. Most of the staff are willing to answer any of my questions or follow ups. My puppy really struggled before dogtopia and has blossomed since starting to attend
Everyone there was so nice!! You can tell they’ve worked there a while and care for the dogs and your requests for your dog. Love that you can watch the webcam to be entertained with what all the dogs are doing

Very prompt responses to any questions. I really enjoy the enrichment activities and fun days for my dog and my dog is happy to see the employees when I drop him off which to me, is a good sign.
I found it easy to get the details I wanted over the phone on the initial phone call, drop off was smooth and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And they were very sweet with my nervous pup! I was very happy with the service and I will be coming back.
The people that work there are so nice and I can tell they really love the dogs. I feel very comfortable having my dog there for daycare. I enjoy watching him on the web cam playing with the other dogs. I have had nothing but great experiences there.
