Friendliness, cleanliness, kindness.
Friendly and caring service, ability to see our dog on video, our dog loves to go to daycare, and clean facilities. So thankful for your attention to the dogs, and opportunity to get some good exercise and fun for our dog!
If you could limit the amount of dogs in one playroom at a time to about 10 max, that would be nice. That seems safer to me, the attendant has less dogs to concentrate on and can give more attention to the fewer dogs.
