Everyone who works at Dogtopia is fantastic! Allyson and Crysta and everyone whose name I don’t know has been wonderful! I know I’m leaving my dog in good hands.

We’ve mostly had a great experience at Dogtopia. Many of the staff are friendly and some have gotten to know our dog. We feel secure knowing that he is having a good time with the other pups in a secure environment. There have been a few issues over time:
– once, I walked into the reception area to a strong smell of cannibis. I reported it to management and the issue was dealt with.
– I sometimes bring our dog in for a half day (typically ~8:30-12). The staff seem unaware that I’m picking him up at noon, and have already put him in a crate for the 12-2pm shared nap time.
– once while I was waiting in the reception area to pick him up, my dog came running into the room from the dog area, without his collar or harness on. The staff member didn’t have control of him and had left the door open for him to escape.
My dog loves it there! It’s a very clean, loving, homey and most importantly trusting environment. I’d recommend Dogtopia lic 10x over and over.
You’ve got a team that likes what they do. Responsive to communications, and flexible. Good stuff
We recently completed our meet & greet with our 2 pups. It was a great experience! It’s very obvious that the staff really care about the clients and their pets. We’re looking forward to using their daycare and boarding services.
Dogtopia of Long Island City has been a welcoming and safe environment for my beloved furry family member. I can tell the staff really cares about what they do and I feel comfortable with them taking care of her!
We love the Dogtopia in LIC. It’s well run, has reliable, caring, and conscientious staff that goes above and beyond for our dog Pabu. I wish every doggy daycare/boarding was run like this Dogtopia.
The workers clearly care a lot about dogs. Very good communication. Kindness and trustworthiness.
