I can’t say enough positive things about Dogtopia! The staff are all incredible and our pup loves going there each and every day.

From the start they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring for our pup. They helped ease the first time puppy parent nerves and made sure our little guy was in great hands.
Mitski enjoyed her stay, but was so anxious being crated overnight that she had a large scrape across her snout from trying to stick her nose through the bars. She loves other dogs and I presume she was doing this because she wanted to interact with her crate neighbors. When I went to pick her up, they said she was doing it during nap time too, which upset me because I was told they have glass crates that they could’ve transferred her to knowing she had injured herself in the metal crates. Instead they let the cut get worse by putting her in the same type of crate during nap time. Thankfully the staff cleaned the cut and she’s doing fine, but her snout is all scabbed over with some fur missing.
Friendly knowledgeable staff who take the time to get to know your dog. For a pet parent that is very reassuring.
