I know my puppy is safe and happy there.
Recently my pup was attacked by another dog at your facility. Even though I thank you for the phone call notifying me and you guys were very apologetic and you treated him with great care, I still don’t understand why it happened. I thought they were supposed to be monitored and the dogs are vetted and evaluated before they can even join dogtopia. My pup loves it there but now there is a constant concern on my mind if it will happen again. I know dogs like people have their moments but somebody should be observing and intervening if they start to play a little rough.
We have a cocker spaniel who is very anxious & loves people so we love the fact that some wonderful person is in the room w him. He follows that person around the whole time.

The staff was experienced, attentive and welcoming. The dogs love them. In addition, having access to the camera was a big plus.
