The staff is professional and friendly. I was confident my pup would be well taken care of. The premises were clean and bright. My dog came home happy and tired. A great experience.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell us on any services. This was the first doggy day care we tried and i am very happy with how much my dogs loved it.
Shea enjoyed his visit but is still anxious. We are hoping that he will make some friends and not be so nervous next time.
Samantha is amazing with my fur baby… I trust that when my dog is dropped off that she is under the watchful eye of her extended family, and that makes me happy and puts me at ease. So thankful for them all
I love Dogtopia and so do my dogs. I think the pickups take too much time. I believe it is due to a lack of staff, but not sure. I have waited up to 20 min for my dogs. I am not sure how this process can be improved, but it is definitely extra time that I have to build into my schedule.
