Staff and services

The staff are always super helpful, friendly and professional to me (the human!) and they have done wonders for my dog’s anxiety – she used to shake with fear when we first started going to Dogtopia and now she wags her tail in excitement and recognizes the staff and is happy to see them and go with them, which is a huge relief when dropping her off. I always know she’s having a good time, and the ability to check in via camera is just an added layer of security. She has always been treated so well at Dogtopia and I appreciate the freedom that it gives me to travel, knowing she is both safe *and* happy there.

Grooming

Super friendly and know all the dogs names!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The process of dropping off and picking up is easy. All the staff know my dog and she loves coming. They take great care of the dogs.

I love that you guys wipe the dogs before sending them home. My little guy looked so happy after his meet and greet.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Always greets my dog with a warm and kind demeanor. Bailey absolutely loves going there and gets so excited when she gets out of the car!

I love Dogtopia. The care that your staff takes with my fur babies means the world to me. When I leave them with you, I know they are going to be loved and taken care of.

All the staff have been kind and considerate. My dog is excited to go there and I like the webcam so I can check on her.

I would like to see where the small dogs play and watch for awhile. Very friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff!
