That I can watch my dog while he is there

From the front desk staff to the canine coaches, everyone demonstrates how much they care about my dog. Love that they have varied activities. I trust my dog is being cared for with daycare and boarding.

Although the initial telephone call to schedule the appointment did not clarify to me that all services may not be done, it was explained when I brought my dog in. He is a puppy and this was his first grooming appointment, and I clearly stated that in the initial call.

Groomer was kind and did a very good job, even though my dog squirmed quite a bit.

I love the different rooms for different size/temperament dogs. I loved that the front desk employee knew the names of all the regular dogs that were coming in! Shows that they really pay attention!

I didnt know ahead of time that the Meet and Greet cost money, so that was a little disappointing, but overall really liked the feel of the place!

My dog loves it and comes home exhausted! Love the activities and event days. Cheyann always gets great pictures on picture days!

I feel everyone truly LOVES the animals and they’re always happy to see us when we get there. Hank LOVES his daycare friends; he goes Mon – Wed and after 4 days at home when Monday morning rolls around, he jumps and runs to get his leash in the morning because he knows it’s time to go see his friends! We love Dogtopia!

The customer service is great! The staff is always friendly and knows me and my dog despite being a new customer.

I love that my dog has a safe place to go where he is loved and is provided with a lot of enrichment! He always goes in super excited and comes home exhausted. The staff at Maplewood Dogtopia provide a super fun environment for the dogs and their humans! We love Dogtopia!
