The personal attention and care that is administered to each dog. I feel that if I have any questions or concerns they are addressed by the staff members. Miss Bella [LAST NAME REMOVED] has been attending this location for a little over a year and feel that she is in excellent hands. The handlers are attentive and my furry baby continues to be happy.
My dog doesn’t like her feet touched, and when they couldn’t get her to do the Mother’s Day pawprint cards, one of the employees took it upon herself to make Leia a bandanna with her name on it. The personal touch there is unbelievable.
