Staff seem to care about dogs and the Margate location is very clean compared to other locations.

We love that you are close and always available when our pup needs playtime with friends!
Until very recently, the staff has sent us pics throughout the day and there has been regular staff that were excited to greet us. Lately, there isn’t anyone in the front to greet us and after reasonable waiting time, I have had to call to be greeted even though someone could see us through the playroom window (at the window on a cell phone). I want to feel 100% confident that the dogs have good oversight before continuing to recommend. We have had excellent experiences here since you opened but feel that there is currently a transition in progress? We hope you’ll be here for many years to come!
