The person at intake was very kind and took the time to explain the evaluation process in detail. I could see my dog on the screen in the lobby. The dogs looked happy and well cared for and the space was clean, large, and bright. I like the app with access to the web cam. Prices are reasonable for the area.
Easy drop off and pick-up, wash services for the day of pick-up and ability to check-in on dog throughout the day via live webcams.
Very friendly and approachable staff. Always give us (& our Tommy) their personal attention at drop off and pick up.
