Convenient + friendly staff. Safe facility where dogs have a lot of fun and appear to be comfortable. Sometimes, it takes more than 24 hours to confirm an appointment, but that’s understandable usually.
My dog recently had a grooming in Dedham and got “The Works”. His nails were all different lengths, some didn’t look done at all and the tops of some were “cut” as if the top part had been cut instead of just the tips. I was very disappointed, but I have to say that my prior experiences have been much better.
The ease of use. The team members seem to really care about the dogs and customers.
