Kind staff, clean facility, webcam.
It has been a really tough transition to adding the requirement of the rabies tag, rabies certificate, town license etc to our dogs profile. It required us to initially have to go to a different daycare that while having similar guidelines did not apply pressure to have this completed overnight. It does not feel that the guidelines have been interpreted the same way at all daycare facilities. It has been a very abrupt and bumpy process. We love Dogtopia. This has been a challenge. I believe we have everything in order now. So we continue to go.
Dogtopia is awesome! Staff are great, professional, and friendly! Dogtopia took great care of my dog!
I like how friendly the staff has been. My dog is nervous at baseline and he seems to really like dogtopia.
I sent an email about plans to curtail humping behaviour by another dog to my dog and I haven’t heard back yet. Apart from that we’ve always had a good experience.

Everything was fabulous – check in, seeing my pup interact… concerns al dogs can do their business inside… made the facility smell a little
It would be great to also have outdoor space but I know that is impossible at your current location
