Friendly and caring staff, puppy loves it.
Dog smelled like pee when we got him back.
(1) Add option to edit appointments in the app or some kind of chat/messaging system to communicate expected changes.
(2) Make it more hygienic. Could benefit from more frequent deep cleaning. Could also be a ventilation issue.
Supportive and knowledgeable
The workers are courteous and helpful. The process is organized. The fact that there is a supervisor in each room at all times is very comforting.
One day last week, my dog came home very dirty – covered in pee. I know it was a busier day than usual and the staff are constantly circling the room, but it would have been helpful to get a heads up before I loaded her into my car. Stuff happens and it’s no one’s fault, but even just communicating or noticing that would be helpful.
everyone was very nice and made us feel comfortable especially my dog who gets scared of new places, he loved it, we will be back, thank you!
