Very pleasant caring for pets people
I felt comfortable right away that they could take care of my girl; I was nervous at our meet and greet and management staff was SO kind and patient with me. My dog is happy there each time she goes – the WebCams are an additional awesome benefit – you can peek in on them to see how they’re doing during the day! Thank you, Dogtopia for giving Maggie the confidence to be out in the world! 🩷
Transparency in terms of safety and cleanliness (webcams). The fact that my dog enjoys going into the facility and workers know her (and her name) even though she only comes about once a month. They clearly love dogs. The flexibility to bring her there only when we need to.
The staff is phenomenal, my dog has a great day every day!
Would love it if you could keep the cameras rolling during rest time. Also I quick recap of the dogs day, if they struggled with rest time in the crate or ate their treat, etc
