The information provided to new clients. I had 2 associates tell me the wrong price for boarding. Also, the way that staff speaks to pet parents about their dogs.

Our Dogtopia staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are also transparent about our dog and her wellbeing. We appreciate their guidance, support, and efforts that have helped her adjust well to daycare. We also really like the ability to log on to the app and see our dog having fun throughout the day.

My first visit; they explained everything and showed me what my dog’s day would be like. Everyone was very attentive to the dogs and everyone I met was smiling. Very clean and bright environment. I was very impressed at my first visit.
The staff members go above and beyond to make my dog and me feel welcome when I drop her off at daycare. She drags me to the door in the morning, and she always has a blast!
