The kind and friendly atmosphere. The team at the north Worcester location have made my pup feel at home and appear to take great care of the pets there and the facility to keep them safe and happy!

The staff are great. Very friendly.

Dogtopia has been great to me and my pup. He was turned away by a lot of other doggy daycares because he was “to old” (he is 9). Dogtopia was great and gave him a shot. They are so accommodating as well, max got sick this week and they had no problem putting our billing on hold and offered a spa day for him once he is feeling better and well enough to go back. 10/10 love it here.

The staff are so friendly and kind! They genuinely care about the health and well being of all of the dogs. My big guy loves to play with others and normally comes home filthy but without even having to ask they wiped him down so he was clean to come home! Genuinely so thoughtful and caring!
