How caring the staff is and how they are so good with updates and details about my dogs day
They are so friendly and my dogs looks very happy. I can see them by webcam and I love that.
The entire staff is amazing! They are understanding & attentive to my dogs needs. Loki looks forward to coming to see her friends! I can’t say enough about how happy my husband and i are with the service we have received.

Everyone that works there is so nice and truly cares about the dogs. They do alot of activities with the dogs. You never smell urine or feces when you walk in.

Training of staff is of importance so all know procedures, etc. It seems that often times I got different answers to the same questions; lost paperwork, and delayed response (or none at all) from staff.
Everything! Everyone is so helpful and nice. They are so attentive to the dogs and make sure each of them have a good time while being safe.
