Costumer service and the facility

They were great with my dog and me as I was nervous dropping her off. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Staff

We had a meet and greet and ended up leaving the dog for a half day after. The place is so clean and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I love the live webcams so much too!

It’s clean, friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, my dog loves it!

Everyone is always so cheerful. I love that I can watch my puppy play all day on the webcam. I appreciate how calmly and gently the staff separate dogs that are playing to rough with a little crate time out until the dog calms down. I wish I could watch nap time. I appreciate that when my handicap mother drops off my puppy the staff will come out and get my puppy so that my mom can stay in the car. I like that spa services and boarding are also available and I like that I can schedule my dogs days using the app.

Indoor facilities, access to webcam and flexible pick up and drop off hours

I love that I know that my pup is safe at Dogtopia. He mostly follows the staff around, and they are wonderful interacting with my pup. Everyone at Dogtopia is super nice and accommodating. Can’t wait until my Charlie can go back after recovering from his injury. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my puppy!!
