Clean, tidy and safe environment. Staff are friendly, very resourceful and helpful. I feel assured knowing staff members are trained in animal cpr and first aid. It’s clear that Dogtopia has a high standard for care and the Norwell location strives to maintain SOPs.

Everyone was so sweet and understanding of my pups separation anxiety and made her feel so welcomed. The facility was clean and I love that they have love webcams to check in throughout the day.
They get the most improved award the last couple of weeks so keep it going. I like that staff is smiling, greeting dogs by name in a lovey way and making the dogs the priority!
Missing front desk, Julie and sad she is gone. She was terrific with the dogs and owners.
