Having no one man the desk is unusual. Bc it is busy w few staff I was not given a report from the groomer on how things went in any detail. Upon getting home, it does not appear that their ears were cleaned w any thoroughness.
There was no checkout paperwork w any commentary on what was done, dog’s reaction etc.
Place is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. My dogs are always happy to be dropped off and exhausted when I pick them up. And I love how I can check in on the webcam throughout the day.

The no pick up or drop off between 12-2 is not ideal. Working from home folks often can get out of the house around lunch hour
