My 10 month old golden retriever loves going to daycare at Dogtopia.
Being able to see her via webcam is both reassuring and fun to watch. They are responsible and responsive which is reassuring. They do a great job.
The place is newer, staff seems passionate… I just did not like how small the space was for the small dogs. In a large room, the medium dogs had a slide and a bunch of space. The small dogs, which there was more of, were pushed along the kennels. I can’t have my furr-baby not feel free to roam around.
We love dogtopia Mckinney. The groomer is the best! Thank you everyone for taking such great care of Sugar for us always!

I saw a lot of recent bad reviews about the management and was hesitant to bring my dog for boarding after bringing her here for boarding and day care in the past. I hope any issues in that area can be resolved because I like the convenience, price, and level of care my personal receives.

Staff is very friendly
When I started bringing Ranger to Dogtopia about 2 months ago he was afraid to enter the room with the other dogs. The staff at Dogtopia worked with him to ensure he was comfortable by putting him in the room first by himself and then introducing other dogs in one at a time. Now after several visits he can’t wait to get in and play with the other dogs.
