When I send my dog, I know he is well taken care of.
My pup doesn’t love being alone and she struggles with separation anxiety. Of course, she also isn’t a fan of being with a pack of dogs either. The coaches at Dogtopia Tysons know just how much interaction my dog can comfortably tolerate. It is reassuring to know that they are focused on every dog’s individual needs! I also enjoy being able to catch a glimpse of my dog on their video feeds. And I love that I can ask for a bath or nail trim to happen during daycare hours, saving time for other tasks the rest of my week!
Generally staffing on pick ups and drop offs can be better. Wait times vary wildly even if there is not a lot of traffic in the lobby

The treats and special services are fun, and being able to see our dog on the “cam” is a huge bonus!!
