The webcam is great, and it is clear your staff likes the dogs *and* are diligent about spot cleaning messes.
Very easy to make any appointment using the app, close to home, and our dog is busy playing with other dogs. She’s tired when she comes home. The facility is clean and the employees truly love animals.
Friendly staff
Remove the hoodies. Some could interact more with the dogs. Front desk personnel are so much more energetic than the ones in the rooms with the dogs. Head trainer Nas is the BEST. You can just see that some don’t really care to be there.
I love the attention they give my Wheaten Terrier when she walks in the door. She gets so excited. I like having the ability to check in on her (via the webcam).

friendly staff that greet me with smile and who know my dog and call him by name. give me an update on his activities when I pick him up and are concerned about him when he misses his regular day.
