Paisley always had the best times with you guys! your team always energetically greet her when she walks through the door! She is always in good hands with you guys!
My only concern and negative feedback is sometimes watching certain staff in the room. There is one female who consistently cages the dogs and pulls them very aggressively throughout the room. It has made me question sending my dog here at times because I’m almost not trusting of that particular staff member in the room.
Would love to see more organized activities that used to be part of the day package including bubbles, play time etc.
Convenience of location, ease of scheduling services and extras available to my pet.
The love and care shown to my pet is evident by the way he is excited to see the team members upon arrival!
Everyone is very friendly. There was a time a few months ago where there was a man at the front desk, and he wasn’t friendly at all. However, when I brought my dog this week the familiar friendly ladies were present, and I was pleased to see them. Everyone (except the man that was there a few months ago) are kind, gentle, personable and wonderful with the dogs. The facility is very clean, and my dog always has a wonderful time!
Staff is friendly.
If we are traveling to other states and we need to fill all the forms and vaccinations details. If there any better ways you pull the information from your system that would be helpful.
Excellent customer service! Really nice staff members who work there. It is obvious they care about my dog. Gave me lots of really helpful information, and it’s great to be able to see my dog during the day while I’m at work.
Really great with all of the dogs and they have a lot of fun events for the dogs and their parents!
