I like that you are very conscientious about the dogs you take in. Evaluated before accepted, and you follow their health and vaccination status, etc.
Also, you limit the number you take for each room. Sometimes that is a pain in the neck because you may find the there is no room for your dog on a specific day, but it also is what makes the whole environment controllable.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and caring. They treat our Sophie as if she was their dog. We board her occasionally, we have 2 long boardings planned for 2024, we know she will be safe and well taken care of.

The staff was fantastic; kind, welcoming, and professional. The dogs all seemed very comfortable and happy. Our dog Frank was excited to be there and not skittish. We look forward to continuing a relationship with Dogtopia.

Our dog loves it there…but he often chews on his paws a lot the next day. Not sure if you need to clean more often…or if the cleaner that you use, bothers him.

The staff has been so accommodating for my dog and I and I am so appreciative! Cruze is so excited to greet the staff in the morning so I know he is so loved and taken care of!

Every member of your staff showed remarkable friendliness and genuine affection towards my dog, which put me at ease right from the start. It’s evident that you all have a real love for dogs, and it’s heartwarming to see my pup responding to that affection.

A highlight for me was the honest and detailed feedback about my dog’s day. Getting real, specific updates instead of a generic response was really appreciated. It showed me that you pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and needs, which is incredibly important to me as a pet owner.
