Close to home, good facilities, friendly/professional staff!

Very friendly staff who clearly care about my dog! They are also very easy to communicate with through email, text, and phone. I love the webcam so I can check in occasionally to see my dog in with all her playmates. I wish they were less expensive but I am glad to have a daycare and boarding location that my dog loves and I trust.

Staff is super friendly and flexible in meeting our dog care needs. Juniper loves going there and drop off is super easy

We have been bringing Oscar to Dogtopia for almost three years – hard to believe! There is so much we love about Dogtopia: the staff are wonderful and it is obvious they love caring for dogs, there are so many fun activities for the dogs and I love that Oscar gets to participate and get spoiled by fun treats! And of course I love knowing Oscar is receiving great care and attention while he is at daycare.

I’m not thrilled with some of the recent changes, including staff turnover and especially the change to the half-day daycare packages. I realize that Dogtopia does not make as much money on half-day daycare clients, but the significant price increase and elimination of packages was really disappointing and it sent the message that half-day clients are not as valued as full-day clients. I would love to see the re-introduction of some sort of package for half-day daycare.

Overall, we’re still happy with Dogtopia.

Friendly, fun, thorough, they love my dog. Good communication. Staff well qualified and always attentive to the dogs.

I love Dogtopia because I can trust them to take good care of my little bichon frise. The staff always greets us warmly and professionally; I especially love the cameras in the rooms so we can see how the pups are interacting with each other, as well as with the staff. It is obvious that my dog also loves Dogtopia because she gets incredibly excited when we pull up in a parking space in front of the building – it is a safe, happy place for her, and I appreciate knowing she has had good experiences there and wants to go.

It’s clear all the employees really love dogs!
