Just how friendly the staff is and how they are with my dogs.

Dogtopia is the best doggy daycare and boarding place we’ve ever used! The staff is super friendly, and it’s always very clean. Our dog LOVES visiting. Once he sees the parking lot, he is jumping to get out. We have also boarded him multiple times and appreciate the staff’s attention to detail. It is hard to trust your baby with just anyone, and we always feel safe leaving him in their care. Why we stick with Dogtopia: being able to watch our dog on the camera throughout the day, availability of bringing or purchasing lunch and snacks, the special deals and theme days, which are fun, and providing excellent communication. It feels like they know and love him. I cannot say enough about what they’ve done for our family.

I like everything about Dogtopia: the friendliness of staff, the attention They pay to my dog when she is there, reports on how Piper did during the day, . The most important thing is how my dog, Piper feels. She is so excited when we arrive at Dogtopia, she is scratching at the windows to get out of the car! Once I had a concern over incorrect billing., And it was easily rectified within a few minutes.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They really seem to care about the dogs. Dory is really starting to fit in.
