Shift Examples
- Monday-Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 900 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
- Saturdays: 9:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Daily Duties
- Escort dogs to and from their vehicles and assigned playrooms
- Become proficient in POS software (training to be provided)
- Maintain customer accounts including scanning & uploading owner files & adjusting dog schedules
- Answer phone, emails, and questions from pet parents
- Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
- Share stories and information regarding a dog’s experience with the pet parent
- Schedule spa services, daycare reservations, and boarding stays
- Check dogs in and out of daycare and boarding
- Conduct opening or closing procedures including balancing the cash drawer and sanitizing the lobby
- Record pertinent notes and information for the rest of the team
- Maintain confidentiality in Dogtopia practices and all aspects of the business
- Support your team with day to day responsibilities, as needed
- Strive for high customer review ratings!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 29 per week
