Alex is a wonderful groomer! She takes such great care of our dog, Bodie. She listens to my requests and works magic when he comes in all scruffy and in need of a bath. Thank you to her! We hope she can groom him for a long time!

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant

I know there are a lot of pups to watch, and mine loves going. She’s always well worn out and exhausted when she gets back. Most of the times that’s a good thing. The last time she came up favoring her front, right leg. It seems to have been better the next day, although she was still cautious with it. But if possible, it would be appreciated if the old (10 years old) girl wasn’t given as much freedom to romp relentlessly until she brakes or if it was possible to catch her as she was beginning to develop the discomfort. Hard to do when all they want to do is play, but something that would be helpful.

Everything looked great for our dog and the people we met as well, but it appears that the scheduling is much more conductive to contracts and full day care than part-time, relatively drop-in care. We have been going to another doggie day care company that allows us to come and go on the scheduled days at our discretion, and all the time that our dog is there she can run and play. At Dogtopia in Madison, however, two hours in the middle of the day is unavailable for part-time dogs because it’s then that all the dogs get crated for a rest. That leaves too little time in the mornings and afternoons for her to run and play, and at the price isn’t a good value for that.
