Staff familiar with processes
Great so far – been twice now
We have been coming to Dogtopia at Midlothian since two days after they opened. We absolutely love the entire staff and as we keep adding to our fur family, they get added to the Dogtopia family. Currently our 1 year old husky/chihuahua/pittie mix comes at least twice a week- sometimes more when she needs to work out some puppy energy and our almost 7 year old black lab mix Tempe is a staff favorite (shhhh- she’s our favorite too!) We’ve had all our dogs board there and would never go anywhere else.
The staff is very friendly and look like they enjoy interacting with the dogs. It is a pleasure seeing associates who look like they enjoy their job.
My black Lab loves Dogtopia Midlothian! The staff there is very friendly and courteous. Plus I am confident that she is safe from any harm; her health and wellbeing is very important to me!
Very dependable and take great care of my dog!! I have no worries about her when I have to board her. Having the cameras are a sweet relief too!!!
I thought the first visit was great. The staff thoroughly explained everything and were knowledgeable and friendly. We are going to bring Coco back tomorrow!
I like how much everyone who works at Dogtopia truly loves all the dogs. Whenever I watch the cameras, the staff is attentive and clearly caring. My dog loves her time at Dogtopia and I am extremely grateful for the staff’s patience and love for my dog. I recommend them to everyone I know!
Personal. Every time we walk in everyone makes Lola feel like she’s part of their family and she wags her whole body. They have helped mama understand puppy play. They truly care about the fur babies and their hoomans.
