Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff that clearly care about your dog!

I really enjoyed bringing my dog for Day care but he kept getting kennel cough. After the third time, we had to call it quits. We just use Dogtopia now for the grooming services. I have gotten e-mails before saying that due to high kennel cough numbers that the staff is taking extra precautions and cleaning etc. I think it would be better to do the heighten cleaning practices all the time instead of just trying to cope with an outbreak. Besides that I really enjoyed Dogtopia.

Friendly service. Our puppy was happy and tired when we picked him up. I liked how we were give. A report on how he did throughout the day. Overall very happy with service.

Ollie loves it at Dogtopia and they provide great service. They really know how to love on Ollie and the other dogs.

Roo has attended Dogtopia since he was about 18 weeks old. This has provided him much needed structured socialization. Dogtopia (DT) of Midlothian are FANTASTIC arbiters of the well vetted dogs that are in their care. I often log onto the website to view how Roo’s day is going and see that one of the DT caregivers is hugging and kissing him (he’s more that a little affectionate!). From management to the caregivers…the staff is beyond wonderful and caring. They are Roo’s family at this point. I don’t trust dropping off my precious Roo with anyone else! Thank you DT of Midlo for doing all you do for Roo. You are definitely in the Roo-Pack! 🙂

Pixel is exceptionally cared for and enjoys being there with her daycare friends too. I have to keep it a secret up until the time we leave because she knows when I’m preparing to take her there. The staff is so friendly, professional and supportive to all of us. I have had to arrange for boarding on a number of occasions and also at the very last minute and the staff always accommodates. We travel regularly out of state and we leave knowing the Pixel will receive the best care. She also met a best friend there which is so special for her as an only pup. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Midlothian.
