The staff

The staff turn over is very low if at all. Staff know each dog and it shows they enjoy the job.

The staff is so friendly. My dog loves it!

Convenient location.

Most of the staff is really friendly, my dogs have an absolute blast when they’re there and come home worn out which lets me know they’ve played a lot with their other fur buddies. I love that I can check in on the webcams to see my fur babies and the “pawdicures” with the dremel are the best!

Caring staff with a deep and abiding love of dogs. Facilities are bright and kept clean. Our Frenchie, Pearl, loves her stays and eagerly awaits her next spa day!

The staff is very friendly. And I can tell that my dog is cared for when I am too busy, which gives me a piece of mind.

Dogs get to be dogs.

Although I don’t need Dogtopia’s servicess very often, I must say that each experience for both myself and my dog Beau have been a pleasure. It is obvious that the staff loves all of the pets, and it appears that the feeling is mutual. I especially like the policy of allowing only one pet in the reception area at a time. Although this might cause a few minutes wait for the pet drop off or pickup, it makes it easier for the pet moms and dads to attend to drop-off and pickup business without having to keep his/her pet away from other pets at the same time. (Not sure the pets see it this way …) Beau and I will definitely be back!
