Our dog Basil sometimes gets overwhelmed in large crowds of dogs, and the staff at Dogtopia Midlothian did an excellent job of ensuring that he was always comfortable! By the second day of daycare, he was so excited to play with his friends. The staff is highly communicative and it is evident that they truly care about the dogs. We also appreciate that our pup gets ample time outdoors! We are excited to continue to bring Basil to Dogtopia and would highly recommend the facility to other dog parents.

My dog is always so happy to go to daycare! He is greeted by name every time he enters the building. He also comes home very tired and, after a hard day at work myself, having a sleepy dog is perfect! We keep all of the photos and love seeing him dressed up for holidays/any fun occasion.

The employees are always courteous and friendly. They know Rosie on sight and seem to like her, too. She can’t wait to go play.
The play areas are indoors which I love, because Rosie is heat sensitive, and also she stays clean while having a good time.
The fact that Dogtopia will provide dog baths and nail trimming makes it convenient for grooming as well.
Finally, whenever Rosie has boarded at Dogtopia, she has come home calm and happy and clean!

Our pup always has a great time at Dogtopia! We love being able to watch him on the webcam and the staff are always incredibly friendly.

My pup had his meet and greet yesterday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Answered all of my questions, and even encouraged me to leave him there for a couple of hours to get better acquainted. When picking up all of the customers I encountered seemed so happy and had nothing but great things to say about the staff and facility. My dog attended his first day of daycare today and came home tired and so so happy!

I was so happy with the staff of dogtopia. They are patient with my Lola. It was so awesome to get a report card for her to learn what they thought of her interactions. I could see her on camera, but having that personal touch was so reassuring. Looking forward to many more visits.

I love the staff! We started taking Dexter to Doptopia Midlothian back in late July of 2022 at about 5 months of age. Right away, we loved the tiered levels of interaction that the dogs have; Dexter felt most comfortable in the wee pen when he first started since there are fewer and smaller dogs in there with him. Dog socialization is so important and though Dexter is the third dog I’ve owned, he’s the first one that I’ve prioritized socialization for and I’m so glad that I did. At first, we were disappointed that outside time wasn’t available for pups, but now they get outside time with their buddies every day and we all absolutely love it! We also can’t say enough about how tired he is when he leaves Dogtopia after a day of playing with his friends. It makes for a great evening when all he wants is to be sweet and relax; great qualities for a puppy! Montly theme photos are also a GREAT benefit. All of my friends and family look forward to seeing his adorable “school pictures”. Finally, I enjoy watching him on the Puppy Cam when he’s at Dogtopia. It’s fun to watch and see how he’s playing and who his best friends are! ☺
